Starter is a startup manager giving you full command to control which programs are starting automatically at windows startup. The user interface is very easy to use. You can easily disable and the enable the programs of your choice. The programs lets you add, edit and delete the registry entries (the above options are only recommended for advanced users).

Starter functionality isn’t limited to startup configuration. It extends its features to processes control. Starter offers detailed information about each process and its associated DLL files. The program lets you terminate or launch the process of your choice. For most average users, determining whether it’s right to kill a process might be very tricky. Therefore, Starter provides the users with option to search Google, Sysinfo.org and other search engines and knowledge bases for more detailed info about each running process.

Finally Starter lists all the running services and drivers in your pc. Again I personally recommend that these options should be only used if you know what exactly you’re doing, otherwise you might find some of your computer services or drivers unfunctional.
